Fit & Suitability
Dogistry cannot be held responsible for any injury, harm, or damage resulting from the use of a product that does not fit properly or is not appropriate for the size, strength, or behavior of the dog. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm correct sizing and to monitor their dog’s comfort and safety while using our products. Use Limitations

Products damaged due to misuse or inappropriate handling will not be eligible for return or replacement.

All Dogistry products should be inspected regularly for signs of wear. If a product shows any damage or deterioration, it should no longer be used. Accessories should be hand washed in cool water and air dried to maintain their integrity and appearance.

Pricing and Availability
While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, pricing or typographical errors may occur on our site. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time, including after an order has been placed.
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, whether or not the order has been confirmed and payment has been processed. An order confirmation, whether automated or otherwise, does not constitute acceptance of your order or a binding agreement to sell products at the listed price.
A binding contract is formed only upon our explicit written acceptance of your order or when the product has been shipped.
If your order is canceled due to a pricing error, any payment received will be fully refunded to the original method of payment.
