Return Eligibility Checklist:
- All returns must be in original, unused, unworn, and unwashed condition, free of hair, fur, and dirt.
- All tags must be attached.
- Returns must be received within 14 days from when you received your shipment.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
30-Day Product Guarantee
We’re proud of the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we offer a 30-Day Product Guarantee from the date of delivery.
If you experience any issues due to defects in materials or craftsmanship within this period, please reach out — we’ll be happy to offer a replacement or find a solution.
Due to the nature of use and wear on our products, we’re unable to guarantee them beyond 30 days. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse are not covered under this guarantee.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
We do not offer returns or refunds on custom or pre-ordered items, as these are made to order. Sale items are non-returnable, and the price reflects this on all items. All sale items are final sale and non-returnable/refundable.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Additional Fees:
- Returns and exchanges will incur postage fees based on the actual cost of the shipping labels. We are unable to provide free shipping on any returns or exchanges. As a small business, this helps us continue to provide quality service.
